Who we are
As a family tradition we have always been making biltong. Initially in our home country of Zimbabwe whenever we went hunting with the old man, we ended up preserving the game meat by making biltong.
When we relocated to the UK we continued with the tradition of biltong making for the family and friends, but as they say, word travels fast. Soon we were producing awesome beef biltong for friends of friends and decided to take the next step and try and make a small business out of a hobby.
We use prime silverside beef imported from countries such as Ireland, Australia and New Zealand as this is cheaper than UK produced beef.
