What we do

We make biltong. Whether it is the best or not, is for you to decide, but we really do believe it is and our customer feedback has only been positive. We do not mass produce our product as it takes time to do things right. This also means that when you receive your order you can rest assured that it is fresh.

We currently offer two variations of our product. The first is the normal plain pepper and spice biltong and the second is a hot chilli biltong. Both can be ordered in 200g packs that are sliced, or by the kg, in whole sticks.

Delivery within 15 miles of Llanelli in Wales can be arranged, otherwise all orders are packed and posted.

Please be aware that the spices we use do contain traces of allergens and are not suitable for people with Wheat Gluten, Soya Bean, Milk and Egg allergies.
